Science, elevated.

Advanced assessment, continuous monitoring and personalised health optimisation in St. Moritz.

The model

The 1720 Human System

Assess, monitor and optimise — one integrated reading of the body.

Start with the full picture

Retinal AI and cardiovascular, metabolic, strength and mobility assessments build one clear baseline.

The Longevity Assessment

A deeper understanding of your health.

The Assessment is a private, approximately two-hour sitting. Preparation begins beforehand; the written report and consultation may follow once laboratory results are complete.

  1. 01

    Preparation

We gather history, priorities and any recent records so the session itself can stay focused and unhurried.

  2. 02

    The Assessment

A private, approximately two-hour sitting in St. Moritz: conversation, retinal imaging, SeismoFit, AGE Reader, functional testing and selected cardiovascular and metabolic measures.

  3. 03

    Integration

Findings are read together — not as isolated tests — so the picture is coherent before it is shared.

  4. 04

    Report and consultation

You receive an integrated report and a personal consultation. Laboratory results may arrive after the sitting; the review is scheduled when the picture is complete.

A collaborating physician is involved when clinical interpretation or follow-up is required — not automatically for every client.

Advanced Diagnostics

What the Assessment looks at.

The core Assessment concentrates on retinal, cardiorespiratory, glycation and functional measures. Laboratory, genomic and specialist work is added only when it serves the programme.

Beyond the Assessment

After the Assessment: a living picture.

The Assessment is a baseline. Where it is useful, we follow glucose, recovery and daily rhythm over time, then turn those trends into nutrition, training and recovery work.

Longitudinal monitoring

  • CGM

Continuous glucose, where a sensor is appropriate, so meals and training can be read against real metabolic response.

  • Wearable data

Heart-rate, sleep and activity signals from the devices you already wear, reconciled with the Assessment rather than treated as a second opinion.

  • Sleep and recovery

Night-to-night recovery and load, so the plan can ease or progress with the body rather than against it.

  • Longitudinal tracking

The same domains, revisited. Change is read as a line, not a single sitting.

Personalised optimisation

  • Precision nutrition

Everyday eating, shaped by your results and guided by qualified nutrition professionals.

  • Supplementation

Individual guidance on supplements, only where findings support it and always within professional scope.

  • Personal training

One-to-one work built on strength, mobility and aerobic findings, progressed against the data.

  • Recovery and lifestyle

Sleep, rhythm and recovery practices, reviewed as the monitoring picture develops.

Your Longevity Insights

A report you can act on.

The Assessment becomes a single, readable view: the domains that matter, the priorities, and the work that follows — including when to return.

  • Integrated findings

The sitting’s measures, read as one picture rather than a stack of reports.

  • Health and performance domains

Function, cardiovascular and metabolic status, composition and recovery — each in context.

  • Priorities

The few areas that most repay attention now, not an undifferentiated list.

  • Recommendations

Nutrition, training and recovery steps that can be taken, and monitored.

  • Return

When reassessment or ongoing monitoring would add something the first sitting cannot.
