1. Data controller
1720 Longevity is a brand operated by Imamovic Health Services, a sole proprietorship of Hariz Imamovic.
San Bastiaun 2, 7503 Samedan, Switzerland.
UID: CHE-287.664.516. Commercial register: CH-350.1.015.050-1.
Authorised representative: Hariz Imamovic.
Privacy requests: privacy@1720longevity.com (an active alias of h.imamovic@1720longevity.com).
2. What we collect on this website
Private waitlist: first name, last name, email address, language, and the marketing consent you give. A confirmation email is sent before you are added to the list.
Private access / enquiry: first name, last name, email, optional telephone, programme of interest, preferred contact method, optional message, and operational consent to reply. This is an appointment request, not a booking.
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, laboratory results, genetic information or other sensitive health details through these forms. Any health data needed for a future assessment will be collected separately.
The host may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages, for security and operation.
3. How we use it
Enquiry data is used only to reply to your request and to handle reasonable follow-up. It is not a confirmed reservation and is not used for unrelated advertising.
Waitlist data is used only to send launch updates that you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you agree in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the public pages are used. It records page views and two events — a confirmed waitlist signup and a successful private-access enquiry — without your name, email, telephone or message.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Processors
This website is a Next.js application hosted on Vercel.
Google Workspace is used for business email.
Brevo is used to send waitlist confirmation mail. Waitlist contacts are written to the existing Brevo audience so that the same person is not stored twice.
Resend is used to send private-access enquiry notices to 1720 staff. Enquiry submissions are not added to the marketing waitlist.
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-K9MZ7B1B4B) is loaded only after you agree in the cookie banner. Advertising tags are not used. Google Consent Mode v2 is set to denied until analytics consent is given.
These providers act on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service. This site does not use WordPress, SiteGround hosting, Complianz or Google Fonts.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards required by Swiss data-protection law, including recognised adequacy or contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer the request and complete reasonable follow-up, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer legal retention applies.
Waitlist contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, unless the law requires otherwise.
Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics 4 property settings and is not collected until you accept.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process data about you, obtain a copy, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Write to privacy@1720longevity.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the site, providers or the law change. The current version is the one published on this page.
